ABOUT ME

My name is Sammy, I am a registered yoga teacher having completed my 200 hour vinyasa flow and 50 hour yin teacher trainings. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and it continues to teach me new things everyday – on a physical, mental and spiritual level. I want to share the incredible benefits that yoga brings with you all. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, I'm here to support you on your unique path.

  • Through a blend of Vinyasa flow, Yin and restorative yoga, I offer classes that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With a focus on breath awareness, intelligent sequencing, and mindful movement, my classes are designed to help you release tension, find balance and prevent injury as well as cultivate a sense of inner peace.

  • Aside from yoga I am an enthusiastic surfer, always scouring the Cornish coastline where I am based and travelling to far-away places across the world for perfect waves. Surfing and yoga go hand in hand complimenting each other perfectly and I am deeply passionate about sharing this with you all.

WHAT I OFFER

I am flexible to teach classes to suit you - whether this be as a group or a private class - in-person in a studio, in the comfort of your own home or on zoom.

In all of my classes, my intention is to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone regardless of their level of experience. I offer variations and modifications to ensure that each individual can explore the practice at their own pace and find what feels right for their body.

  • I teach private classes at the comfort of your home or online. This allows you to choose a time that works for you, balancing around your work, children or other commitments.Private yoga classes are customised to fit your specific needs, focusing on therapeutic benefits for injuries, restorative benefits for stress or emotional situations, and helping you work towards specific goals.

  • Group classes are a great way to practice yoga and be part of the energy that a group creates which can really motivate and inspire people. Being part of a yoga community, through in-person or online classes is also a fantastic way to make new friends and embark on a shared journey together.

  • I also offer bespoke group classes (in person or on zoom). This could be for a group of friends who like to practice regularly together or could be for a one-off event like a hen/ stag-do, pre-wedding yoga, birthday or anything that's important to you.

Creative vinyasa flows that build strength as well as flexibility. Yin classes involving deep meditative stretching. Yoga classes specifically for surfers combining deep stretching, asanas and pranayama (breathwork).
